    'I came to this retreat wondering exactly how it would be like and what I would learn from it, and I must say it was an eye opener. It made me realize some of my weaknesses and strengths that I did not realise all along. It made me work on a life map on how to improve my current situation to what I am always dreaming about. It made me believe in my dreams and work out a plan on how I am going to achieve them. I know now that what I have been long dreaming of, I am going to achieve it.
